Nice bar but are you kidding me, what Italian restaurant CHARGES for bread from the strip to Piero's to the Bootlegger of which they are not in this league. Lived here all my life been to the 2 starts to the 5 stars but always bread. This is a joke. Really? Good luck and your servers with minimal exceptions are slow, lazy, and rude. Your specials that have to be taken out should be better understood and the your gaming doesn't compare to P.T.'s. Sorry but if experience serves me you won't make it if you keep up the nonsense.

Something changed and now it's horrible. Went here twice and everything was great - service, food. Place was packed but got seated quickly. Third time, place half empty, all servers changed over and a 45 minute wait at 4:30? Really? Servers don't know the memo, management argues with the paying customers. I'm done and never going back. Sad because this place is in such a great area (Anthem) and had so much potential....just wasted.

Went there for dinner and after about 40 minutes waiting we finally asked our waitress if we could have our soup. Soup came, but not my Wedding Soup and about 5 minutes later our sandwiches came. I told her to cancel the soup since I wanted it before the meal. When we left she gave me a bag with my soup in it and some bread and then charged us for it even though I told her no to wanting it. We were going to stay and complain, but by this point we had been there for about 75 minutes and just wanted to GO. Also, this woman was actually TRAINING someone, unbelievable. Needs better management there or something. Food was okay, but I can cook it at my house better and we never once were asked if we needed anything once our order was taken so we got the soup by asking, iced tea filled by asking, water by asking, boxes by asking, the bill by asking, and the sides like ranch we'd ordered. We will never go back to this place based on the horrible service alone. This is for the Anthem location..

12-17-11. There is no flow to the service. Server very slow to approach table. But, until she showed up, the bus person did not approach the table for bread. After being asked, he brought bread. Then, we had to ask for olive oil. He reluctantly brought only one set for 8 people. Finally, our order was taken. Salads were delivered to the wrong people. Food was OK, one guest only ate part of a pork chop, saying it was so overcooked it was too dry and tasteless to eat. Train your servers and buspersons. They need to know how to serve guests, and when to do it. They don't know now! Your website emphasises the Durango store. Why? You make it seem like the BiCentennial location is an afterthought. Your Bicentennial store is quickly getting a reputation for substandard service. From seating to service, it lacks a flow, and is obvious you hired who you could, put them to work and let them learn on the job. Teach the servers and buspersons how to work together, assign responsibilities and ensure they do them correctly.

I ordered a salad with Blue Cheese dressing. You charge an extra dollar for the dressing! Then you brought out this TINY little cup of dressing! As a former chef I know that is ridiculous! The pizza has excellent taste but the menu photo is VERY decieving. It shows a lot more topping than I received. You also need to add more seafood across the board from appetizers to main dishes. Just Tilapia doesnt cut it. It is known as a cheap, mostly tastless fish. The Linguini and clams was tasty and the portion was large. Thats why I cant fiqure out why you are so chinsy on your salad dressings!

Ordered Chicken Fingers for Adults and I got 4 Tiny Strips no fries for close to 10 dollars, while Child's Chicken fingers Platter had 4 strips which were the same size but with fries for around 4 dollars. Was not worth it at all. Allot of issues with this place.

Im would like to welcome Giuseppe's to Anthem, alot of people have been waiting for you to open. The food and service is simply extrodinary. There are kinks that need to be straightend out as all new start up businesses. I wish you all the best. You have an amazing location. No doubt in my mind your here to stay.

Went to the new location in Anthem. The food was as good as the other location. However, I was disappointed and embarassed after I had invited friends telling them about the specials. After we were seated we were told that the specials in the flyer that was mailed to the house are not being honored yet. It put us in a awkward spot since some of the people were on a fixed budget. Why would you mail out flyers advertising nightly specials and not honor them? Wasn't even offered an explanation. Totally disappointed

I was unable to order your Sunday special yesterday at your new location because I was told you do not honor your own specials.

Don't know where to start. Being a Saturday night, we called to make reservations and were told they don't take reservations for parties of four. Suggestion: Take reservations for parties of four. When we arrived, the lobby was full even though there were empty tables in both the bar and the restaurant. The hostess said that there are empty tables but "the kitchen can't keep up." How about seating the guests at a table and giving them a complimentary anti-pasta platter (no cooking involved) and an explanation while they wait, instead of making us wait in the lobby on hard chairs or standing? I asked if we could sit at one of the two empty tables in the bar, both of which were fully set with table linens and place mats. The hostess said we could sit there but she didn't know whether we'd be able to get a server in there. Here's a suggestion: Find out! Or, better yet, make sure we do get a server! (It's called customer service.) So I walk into the bar and see a man in a black uniform which appeared to be a chef's uniform; but he might have been an owner or bartender. He was talking to two guests at the bar. They seemed to be "regulars." I caught his eye a couple of times. Wanted to know if we could arrange for service at one of the tables in the bar. We made eye contact but he wouldn't interupt his chat with the other two guests to answer a quick question from me, so I walked out of the bar. Tip: You don't get additional regulars without making first timers feel welcome. We were still eating our appetizer when the waitress brought out four salads, which made us feel very rushed. I had to ask the waitress three times before I finally got a fork. My lasagne was bland. My husband didn't care for the cavetti, so we both declined "to go" boxes. We both got "to go" boxes! I was very disappointed; had hoped for another option for Italian food in a nice restaurant setting. The restaurant, however, is lined with TVs. Not sure if they're trying to be a sports bar or an Italian restaurant. Suggest they figure out what they want to be; I think they have an identify crisis and it's confusing to this guest. New restaurants need time to work out their bugs; therefore, we will give them one more chance, but it won't be for a while.
